Dr Blanchet is a proud graduate of the Intentionally Embodied Birth Coach Program; where she completed over 100 hours of training with the founder of Meraki Mama Collective, Lauren Shields. She is trained to offer Doula + Coaching services and lead perinatal + movement classes.
At the moment, we are offering the Prenatal Flow class (working on adding a post natal movement class soon)

Ground, Open, and find your Rhythms
MMC signature yoga class for pregnant students. This small group class offers an intimate, safe space to move, breath, connect, and learn from one of our highly trained and compassionate instructors.
15 minutes of doula guided discussion centered on connecting to your transformation and preparing for birth and postpartum, followed by 60 minutes of movement, meditation, and breath.
Masks not required during practice, but strongly encouraged before and after class.
Bring: yoga mat, any personal props you'd like to use, water, and comfortable clothes
